WE ARE A CATHOLIC, FAMILY, FRATERNAL, SERVICE ORGANIZATION

Knights of Columbus Council 1302 of Bartlesville was established on March 1, 1908 and today serves members in Oklahoma from Dewey, Nowata, Pawhuska and Bartlesville.

Why should you join the Knights of Columbus?  Click here for details.

Council Membership
Membership is mainly formed from St. John, St. James, and Our Lady of Guadeloupe Parishes. There are about 125 members in good standing. Membership is comprised of 4 levels or degrees. The 1st degree is the initial degree and most members complete the 2 and 3 levels in the first or second year of membership. All members regardless of degree can attend all council meetings and activities.  Oklahoma has over 50 active councils with some having very pleasant and active social club facilities. Membership to the Knights also allows entry to other Councils and club facilities anywhere in the United States. Membership is also transferable in case you relocate your residence.

Assembly Membership
The 4th degree is the highest degree and this Assembly also has a separate agenda and meetings each month separate from the 1st, 2nd and 3rd degree. The 4th degree assembly fosters patriotism and furnishes Honor Guards for civic or religious functions and Color Guards for community parades.

Life Insurance
As a fraternal benefit society, the Knights of Columbus maintains, for the protection of its members, an insurance system of sufficient scope and flexibility to meet almost any conceivable demand. The insurance program is in a position to offer policies to be sold at a competitive cost. Ask for more details when you apply for membership.

Charity, Unity, Fraternity and Patriotism...   In Service to One.  In Service to All.

Imagine being part of an organization that fills your heart and your mind with the joy of giving to others and the feeling that comes with making a difference. Knights are Catholic men, 18 years of age and older, who are committed to making their community a better place, while supporting their Church; it is about protecting and enhancing your family life and your own faith.
